MacDonald Motorsports and Hamilton Jr. continue success with Top 20

            Milwaukee, Wisconsin-  MacDonald Motorsports and Bobby Hamilton Jr. finished 19th in the Saturday Night’s Northern Tool 250 at the Milwaukee Mile.

            “We had fought some tight conditions throughout the beginning part of the race,” driver Bobby Hamilton Jr. stated. “With the adjustments David made to the car we were able to get the car to my liking which helped us gain track position,” Hamilton Jr. continued.

            The MacDonald Motorsports team started the Northern Tool 250 in the 15th position Saturday night. Throughout the beginning part of the race Bobby reported to crew chief David Ingram that the car was tight.  After making adjustments to get the car loosen up the MacDonald Motorsports team came to life climbing all the way up to the 17th position. On the final pit stop, the team got blocked in their pit stall, which cost them positions on the track. The team fought hard to get back to where they were and came home 19th at the end of the night.

            With the 19th place finish in Saturday night’s race, MacDonald Motorsports moves up one spot in owners points to 22nd only 76 points out of 20th place. “ We look forward to keep our momentum building as we head to New Hampshire,” team owner Randy MacDonald said.
